Mack Says Banks Should Help Pay for Rules Overhaul

Jan. 13 (Bloomberg) — John Mack, chairman of Morgan Stanley, talks with Bloomberg’s Peter Cook following today’s Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission hearing. Mack says banks that received US government assistance to weather the financial crisis should help pay for the new regulatory system that may emerge after the worst recession in more than half a century.
